If you're approved, you'll sign the payment paperwork and submit your 30% deposit to secure your order. From there our team will start preparing your order.

SHIP & PAYMENTS

After the deposit is received, your order will be shipped with tracking provided! You'll then be billed automatically every month for the 6 months to complete the purchase.

To ensure your device is protected throughout your entire payment period, we include an extended 6-Month Protection Plan beyond our standard 30-day warranty. This coverage is 10% of the final sales price and is simply divided across your 6 monthly payments — no large upfront fee. It allows us to stand behind your equipment during the full payment term so you can focus on treating patients and generating revenue with peace of mind. FAQ's

Do you offer OA Pay outside of the United States?

Unfortunately we do not offer any payment plans outside of the U.S. OA Pay is only offered for U.S. based businesses with no exceptions otherwise.

Is there a minimum or maximum in which I can be accepted for OA PAY?

Each listing that is OA PAY approved will say so on the individual listing. The general rule is that we don't offer OA pay for less than $7,500 USD or more than $50,000 USD. Check the actual listing to see if your interested device is OA PAY approved.

Who qualifies for OA PAY?

U.S. based aesthetic businesses in good standing may qualify, subject to application review and approval.

Who owns the device during the payment period?

The device remains the property of Offer Aesthetic until the balance is paid in full.

What happens if a payment is late?

Late payments may result in late fees and temporary suspension of service coverage. Continued non-payment may trigger default terms outlined in your agreement.

How does the 6 month payment plan work?

You secure your device with a 30% deposit, and the remaining balance — including the 6-Month Protection Plan — is divided into equal monthly payments over six months.

When does my device ship?

Your device ships once your deposit, first monthly payment, and signed agreements are received and processed.

Is there interest on the payment plan?

There is no traditional compounding interest. The program includes a 10% Protection Plan fee built into the total purchase price that's for the warranty. No interest charged.

What does the 6 month protection plan cover?

The Protection Plan covers eligible mechanical or manufacturer-related issues during the six-month payment term, giving you peace of mind while your device is generating revenue. It does not cover misuse, force majuere, cosmetic wear or other unauthorized repairs.
